*1 teaspoon shortening
*2 cups milk chocolate chips (or merckens chocolate)
*4 cups flaked cocoanut
~Heat shortening and milk chocolate chips in a medium saucepan over low heat, until chocolate is melted.
~Remove from heat and let chocolate sit for 5 minutes.
~Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
~Chill until firm. (about 30 minutes)
~Store candy in refrigerator.
