FROSTED RICE KRISPY TREATS
(serves 24)
Ingredients:
*1 cup light corn syrup
*1 cup white sugar
*1 cup peanut butter
*6 cups Rice Krispies
*1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
*2 cups milk chocolate chips
*1 cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
~Coat a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
~Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
~In a large saucepan combine corn syrup & sugar.
~Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until sugar is dissolves and just short of a boil.
~Remove from heat.
~Stir in vanilla & peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter is melted.
~Add Rice Krispies.
~Stir until well coated.
~Press mixture into prepared pan.
~Sprinkle chocolate chips & butterscotch chips over rice krispy treats.
~Place treats into oven.
~Bake for 5-10 minutes or until chips are very soft.
~Remove from oven and spread softened chips evenly over rice krispy treats.
~Let stand until chocolate mixture is firm.
~Cut into squares once cooled & set.

These look delicious! Just saved them to my delicious and printed it for my recipe book! I think I might make them for Father's Day, Mike would LOVE them.
This is one of my son Nathan's favorite dessert.
