I have been married to a wonderful Christian man since 1976. The Lord has blessed us with two daughters and two sons. I consider each day the Lord gives me on the earth yet another chance to serve Him.

Ranch Dressing

I love homemade dressings, not only for the taste, but because it has not MSG. Easy to make, delicious, and inexpensive.

RANCH DRESSING (store in a pint jar)

Ingredients:
*1 cup mayonnaise
*1/4 cup sour cream
*1/4 cup buttermilk
*1/8 teaspoon salt
*1/4 teaspoon onion powder
*1/2 teaspoon black pepper
*1/2 teaspoon dried chives
*1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
*1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
*1/8 teaspoon paprika
*1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions:
~In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
~Cover (I use a pint jar) and refrigerate for 24 hours before using. (If you use it right away, it tastes more like mayo, than ranch)

Variations:
`Use reduced fat Mayo, & Sour Cream.

Helpful Hint:
-If it's to thick of a dressing for your liking, add 1/4 cup milk.
-If you want it more for dipping, substitute buttermilk for another 1/4 cup sour cream.
