This is super easy and quick to make. Great to go on tacos, fajitas, nachos or just as a dip.
PICO DE GALLO
Ingredients:
*8-10 small tomatoes (or Roma), chopped
*1/2 medium white onion, chopped small
*1/2-3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
*2 teaspoons coarse salt (I use sea salt)
*zest from one lime
*juice from 1/2-1 lime
*if you want heat add 1 chopped jalapeño pepper, chopped small
Directions:
~In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients.
~Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
