Feta Cream Cheese Dip

Quick to mix up, but tastes much better if you let it sit overnight. Good with crackers of pumpernickel bread.


FETA CREAM CHEESE DIP
(serves 12-16)

Ingredients:
*1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
*1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
*1 teaspoon minced garlic
*1/2 teaspoon ground dill weed

Directions:
~In a medium bowl, mix 8 ounce cream cheese, 1/2 cup feta cheese, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, and /12 teaspoon dill weed. 
~Cover and refrigerate over night.

Variations:
-add 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
-add 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, chopped fine.
