Blueberry Crisp

This may sound a little strange with sour cream in it, but it's really good.   Very easy & quick to make.

(serves 6)

*4 cups fresh blueberries
*1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
*1 cup all-purpose flour
*1/2 cups of oatmeal (not the instant type)
*1 cup granulated sugar
*1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
*1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
*1 1/2 cups sour cream
*2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar

~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
~Spray an 8x8 baking pan with a cooking spray.
~Pour blueberries into prepared pan.
~Sprinkle 1 tablespoon lemon juice over top of blueberries.
~In a medium bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, sugar & cinnamon together.
~Mix in remaining lemon juice & sour cream until mixed well.
~Drop by tablespoons over blueberries.
~Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over flour mixture.
~Bake for 40 minutes or until topping is a golden brown and blueberries are bubbling.
