Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

I love the crust you get on these potatoes. They are very flavorful. I think it's a great change from the same old potato.


PARMESAN ROASTED POTATOES
(serves 6)

Ingredients:
*1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
*1/3 cup all-purpose flour
*1 teaspoon garlic salt
*1 teaspoon onion powder
*1 teaspoon paprika
*teaspoon pepper
*6 potatoes, washed & cubed
*1/4 cup butter, melted
*1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
~In a paper lunch bag or quart zip-loc bag combine flour, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, & pepper.
~Mix well.
~Place potatoes in bag and shake to coat.
~Pour butter and olive oil into a 8x8 inch baking dish.
~Stir in potatoes.
~Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on and stir once more.
~Bake for 1 hour & 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
~Turn oven up to 450 degrees.
~Bake for 10 minutes.
~Remove and serve.
