Lightly sweet, lightly salty, and a taste of cinnamon. Nice change of pace from regular popcorn.
*4 cups popped popcorn
*1/4 cup butter
*2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
*3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
*1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
*salt to taste
~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
~Place popcorn in a large bowl.
~In a small microwaveable bowl, combine the butter, sugar, cinnamon, & pumpkin pie spice.
~Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir.
~Microwave for 1 more minute, or until butter is melted.
~Pour over popcorn and toss to coat.
~Sprinkle a small amount of salt and toss.
~Transfer to a greased baking pan.
~Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
~Remove from oven.
~Stir popcorn and put into serving bowl.
~Cool and enjoy.
